The Ocean Cake
The 'Ocean' was the very first design we created. Made with shades of a color of your choice with a swipe of white reminiscent of ocean waves. Exact design will vary, since each cake is unique! All cakes are made with Valrhona chocolates.
Serves up to 8 people. Cake is 7" in size.

- Chocolate Salted Caramel Black Sesame: black sesame mousse, salted caramel, dark cocoa cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- Hojicha: hojicha mousse, vanilla cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- Strawberry Jasmine: jasmine mousse, strawberry gelee, vanilla chiffon cake, butter shortbread disc
- Thai Tea: thai tea mousse, condensed milk cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- Yuzu: citrus mousse, yuzu curd, vanilla cake, buttered shortbread disc
- Guava Cheesecake: cheesecake mousse, guava gelee, vanilla cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- Blueberry Jasmine: blueberry jasmine mousse, blueberry compote, blueberry curd, vanilla cake, buttered shortbread disc
All cakes are delivered partially frozen for ease of transportation. Please defrost before serving.
