Chocolate Hong Kong Milk "Tea-ramisu"
We've created a cake that combines our two favorite things—coffee and tea. Our Chocolate Hong Kong Milk "Tea-ramisu" is made with a rich chocolate sponge, a ceylon ganache, and coffee buttercream, topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. Cake is 6" in size.
- Short serves between 6-8 people. Includes two layers of sponge, one layer of ganache + caramel. Approximately 3.5" to 4" tall.
- Regular serves between 8-10 people. Includes three layers of sponge, two layers of ganache + caramel. Approximately 4.75" to 5" tall.
- Tall serves between 12-15 people. Includes four layers of sponge, three layers of ganache + caramel. Approximately 6" to 6.25" tall.
