Chocolate Hong Kong Milk "Tea-ramisu"
We've created a cake that combines our two favorite things—coffee and tea. Our Chocolate Hong Kong Milk "Tea-ramisu" is made with a rich chocolate sponge, a ceylon ganache, and coffee buttercream, topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. Cake is 6" in size.
Regular serves up to 10 people. Includes three layers of sponge and two layers of ganache. Approximately 4.75" to 5" tall.
Tall serves up to 15 people. Includes four layers of sponge and three layers of ganache. Approximately 6" to 6.25" tall.
