Chocolate Sobacha Tart
This Thanksgiving, we're bringing you three different tarts, inspired by our Asian heritage as well as the changing of the leaves.
Our Chocolate Sobacha Tart features a blend of milk and dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate mousse, a whipped sobacha (toasted buckwheat tea) ganache, milk chocolate pearls, and chocolate coated sobacha kernels. All of this sits upon a buttery tart base. We use Valrhona Opalys, Jivara, and Satilia for this beauty! Perfect for chocolate lovers.
