Coffee Coconut Tart
This Thanksgiving, we're bringing you three different tarts, inspired by our Asian heritage as well as the changing of the leaves.
Our Coffee Coconut Tart is inspired by Vietnamese coconut coffee. Made with layers of coconut hazelnut praline, a milk chocolate coffee ganache, topped with fresh cream, and candied hazelnuts. As always, we use Valrhona Jivara for this! Perfect for those who love nutty and creamy desserts.
