Dirty Chocolate Croissant

A few years ago, there was this amazing trend of "dirty buns" or "脏脏包". For some reason, we can't seem to find these anywhere anymore, so we decided to re-create our own. Our chocolate croissant is made traditionally with two batons of chocolate, but then is additionally coated in dark chocolate and generously dusted with cocoa powder. A little sweet, a little bitter - it goes great with coffee!
