For Lunar New Year this year, we've created a mini chrysanthemum prosperity cake. The Chinese character "Fu" (福) on the coin means happiness, blessings, and good fortune. You'll see this everywhere during the new year! Chrysanthemums are symbols of wealth for the new year as well - make sure to snag several of these for a wealthy and prosperous 2025. 

The Mini Prosperity Cake is made with a chrysanthemum mousse, chrysanthemum panna cotta, and vanilla chiffon cake. 

Cake is 2" in size.
