Mint Chocolate Chip Mousse Cake

Since the holidays are now approaching, we've created a Mint Chocolate Chip Mousse to celebrate! This cake is made with a mint mousse stracciatella mousse, a dark cocoa cake, and a white chocolate crunch disc.  Glazed in a jade green webbed design. 

Cake is 7" in size. Serves up to 8 people.
