After many many requests for this item, we've finally done it. People have always said that the base of our mousse cakes was their favorite part of the cake (!!), so we decided to bag it. Sweet, crunchy, and all-around delicious, enjoy a bag of our white chocolate crunch. Made with Valrhona.
