Our CHOUX workshop, BACK AGAIN!

So, what is it??
We’ll be hosting a mini class on how to make our profiteroles! For our first class, the focus will be on CHOUX, which the dough that makes the foundation of the profiterole. We’ll take you through step by step of the choux making process, show you how we top it off with our crunchy cookie and bake it! Once it’s done baking, you’ll also get to see how we fill our puffs and pipe the tops 🥰 Q&A sesh to follow!

When is it??
Sunday, October 27th at 2pm ✌🏻 the workshop should last approximately two hours.

Where is it??
We’ll be using the chefs kitchen in the Denizen Bushwick at 54 Noll Street in Brooklyn, NY.

How much is it??
The workshop will be $60 per person. It includes a Box of 5 profiteroles for you to take home ($18 value) 😋, a puff tasting during the workshop, some exclusive swag and maybe a sneak peek into some of the new product offerings we’re testing 😉

What else do I need to know??
The class will be capped at 24 students, so please register as soon as you know you want to attend! We want to make these workshops intimate 😘

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend!
