MINI GLAZED

Our mini glazed mousses are available for events + catering only. All cakes have at least a mousse and sponge cake component. Some flavors will include jams or curds also. All mousses are made with Valrhona chocolates. 

The minimum order is 20 mini cakes.

Black sesame: black sesame mousse, salted caramel, dark cocoa cake
Hong kong milk tea: ceylon milk tea mousse, dark cocoa cake
Hojicha: hojicha milk tea mousse, dark cocoa cake
Strawberry Jasmine: jasmine milk tea mousse, strawberry jam, vanilla chiffon 
Banana Milk Biscoff: banana milk mousse, biscoff cookie butter, vanilla chiffon

Color + Design Options
Two color max with either a smoky design (in photo) or marble

Size
Cakes are 2.75" in width and serve one guest.
