Where is your pickup location?

We offer curbside pickup in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles at 672 S Santa Fe Ave. Stay in your car; we'll bring your pastries to you.

After placing your order, you will receive more detailed pickup instructions via text message. Please make sure to provide a working phone number.

What are your pickup days?

We offer pickups Wednesday through Sundays, with some exceptions (if we have a pop-up, etc.) All orders must be placed at least 36 hours in advance as they are all made-to-order!

What are your pickup times?

Arts District
Wednesday through Friday 11a to 6p
Saturday 11a to 6p
Sunday 11a to 2:30p

I don’t see the pickup time that I want on your site. Does this mean it’s not available?

Correct. All of our available pickup times are displayed when you checkout. If you do not see a time, it means that the we are sold out of that time slot already.

How early in advance do I have to order?

We ask for at least 36 hours notice for our products, as each item is made-to-order. There's no limit to how early you can order!

Do you make custom cakes?

We do not allow modifications to our cakes.

Do you offer local delivery?

We currently do not offer delivery but if you cannot come pick up your items in person, please feel free to send an Uber in your place! 

Can I visit your storefront?

We currently do not have a physical storefront but all of our products are made at Crafted Kitchen in the Arts District. We are actively searching though! 

We are at the Hollywood and Mar Vista Farmers Markets on alternating Sundays if you'd like to stop by and pick something up in person. Check which market we'll be at here

Do you offer catering options?

At this time, we are only offering catering options for our mini tartlets. Please send us an email at hello@eatdomi.com if you're interested. Orders start at a 20 piece minimum. 

What is your no-show policy?

If you do not notify us of a late arrival for your pick up and do not show up, your order will automatically be canceled after an hour with no refund. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you notify us more than 24 hours before your pickup, your order can be refunded. If we are notified within 24 hours of your pickup time, you have the option of rescheduling your order only. No refund will be given.
