Where is your pickup location?

We offer curbside pickup in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles at 672 S Santa Fe Ave. Stay in your car; we'll bring your pastries to you.

On Saturday evenings, we also offer pickups in Temple City, CA at Elite Ballet Theatre. This is also a curbside pickup in the back parking lot! 

After placing your order, you will receive more detailed pickup instructions via text message. Please make sure to provide a working phone number.

What are your pickup days?

We offer pickups Thursdays through Sundays, with some exceptions (if we have a pop-up, etc.) All orders must be placed at least 36 hours in advance as they are all made-to-order!

What are your pickup times?

Arts District
Thursday through Friday 11am to 6:30p
Saturday 11a to 2:30p
Sunday 11a to 2:30p

Temple City
Saturday 4:30p to 6:30p

I don’t see the pickup time that I want on your site. Does this mean it’s not available?

Correct. All of our available pickup times are displayed when you checkout. If you do not see a time, it means that the we are sold out of that time slot already.

How early in advance do I have to order?

We generally ask for at least 36 hours notice for our available products, as each item is made-to-order. There's no limit to how early you can order!

Do you make custom cakes?

We are taking very limited custom cakes. Please send us an email at hello@eatdomi.com to see if we can help you. It would be most helpful to include as much detail as possible in your inquiry. 

Do you offer local delivery?

We no longer offer local delivery in Los Angeles. However, please feel free to send an Uber driver if you are unable to come pickup your order. 

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

We no longer offer nationwide shipping.

Something I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking? 

The best way to be notified is by signing up on the specific product page. You can be notified either via text message or email. 

Can I visit your storefront?

We currently do not have a physical storefront but all of our products are made at Crafted Kitchen in the Arts District. We are actively searching though!

Do you offer catering options?

Yes, we do offer a few of our menu items for catering opportunities. Please reach out at hello@eatdomi.com to see if we can help you.

What is your no-show policy?

If you do not notify us of a late arrival for your pickup and do not show up, your order will automatically be canceled after an hour with no refund. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you notify us more than 24 hours before your pickup, your order can be refunded. If we are notified within 24 hours of your pickup time, you have the option of rescheduling your order only. No refund will be given.
