Our Signature Cakes include our whipped ganache and buttercream cakes, cake slabs, and wedding cakes. These are sponge-forward builds designed for structure, clean slicing, and stable service under refrigeration.

Our Atelier Cakes are Valrhona mousse–based entremets composed of mousse, sponge, and layered inserts. They are assembled frozen, set with gelatin, and are more delicate and temperature-sensitive.

Unfortunately no. The cake flavors were created with texture and structural integrity in mind.

We have vegan and gluten free options for catering, but not for our signature and atelier series.

We offer pickups on Saturdays at Elite Ballet Theatre in Temple City.

Please note that our pick up location at Elite Ballet Theatre is not a storefront. You will not be able to walk-in to purchase cakes here. If you would like cakes for pick up same day, please visit us at our retail partners.

The address for Elite Ballet Theatre is 9026 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City CA 91780. The entrance is through the back parking lot, so please do not try the front door. 

Correct. All of our available pickup times are displayed when you checkout. If you do not see a time, it means that the we are sold out of that time slot already.

All orders need to be placed two days in advance, as each item is made-to-order. 

If you do not notify us of a late arrival for your pick up and do not show up, your order will automatically be canceled after an hour with no refund. 

If you notify us more than 24 hours before your pickup, your order can be refunded. If we are notified within 24 hours of your pickup time, you have the option of rescheduling your order only. No refund will be given. 

We currently offer delivery for orders over $100. Delivery windows are Friday and Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm. Please make sure someone is home to receive the delivery. Our delivery radius is 30 miles. 

We currently are not offering nationwide shipping at this time.

Large tiered cake orders must be placed at least two months in advance and are booked on a first come, first serve basis. At this time, we are only booking one wedding per day. Due to the high volume of wedding requests, we are only able to accept cakes on a limited basis.

Price is dependent on design (including cake and floral choice, if needed), flavor choice, and number of servings. 

Delivery is not included with the cake fee. The cost for delivery depends on size of cake and distance from the Domi kitchen. 

Unfortunately, we do not make fondant cakes or sugar flowers. All flowers used are fresh and in season.
