Where is your pickup location?
We offer pickups on Saturdays at Elite Ballet Theatre in Temple City, and Sundays at the Hollywood Farmer's Market.
After placing your order, you will receive more detailed pickup instructions via text message. Please make sure to provide a working phone number.

I don’t see the pickup time that I want on your site. Does this mean it’s not available?
Correct. All of our available pickup times are displayed when you checkout. If you do not see a time, it means that the we are sold out of that time slot already.
How early in advance do I have to order?
All orders need to be placed four days in advance, as each item is made-to-order.
Where else can I find your products?
Currently you can find a small selection of our cake boxes at Wonder Cha Tea Place in Culver City.
Do you make custom cakes?
We do not allow modifications to our cakes.
Do you offer local delivery?
We currently do not offer delivery but if you cannot come pick up your items in person, please feel free to send an Uber in your place!
Can I visit your storefront?
We currently do not have a physical storefront but all of our products are made at Crafted Kitchen in the Arts District.
We are at the Hollywood every week and Mar Vista Farmers Markets on alternating Sundays if you'd like to stop by and pick something up in person. Check which market we'll be at here.

What is your no-show policy?
If you do not notify us of a late arrival for your pick up and do not show up, your order will automatically be canceled after an hour with no refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you notify us more than 24 hours before your pickup, your order can be refunded. If we are notified within 24 hours of your pickup time, you have the option of rescheduling your order only. No refund will be given.
