The Judy Cake
We created this cake for one of our dear customers who became one of our friends. We’ve named it after her favorite Animal Crossing character, Judy. Made with lots of sprinkles and shades of mousse colors. Since all cakes are hand-glazed, designs will vary. Mini cakes are 5.5" in size and regular cakes are 7" in size.
Flavor options:
- Chocolate Salted Caramel Black Sesame: black sesame mousse, salted caramel, dark cocoa cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- Hojicha: hojicha mousse, vanilla cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- Strawberry Jasmine: jasmine mousse, strawberry gelee, vanilla chiffon cake, butter shortbread disc
Seasonal flavors:
- Mango Sticky Rice: coconut jasmine rice mousse, mango gelee, vanilla cake, white chocolate crunch disc
- White Peach Oolong: four seasons oolong mousse, white peach gelee, vanilla chiffon cake, butter shortbread disc
- Banana Milk: banana mousse, vanilla chiffon cake, white chocolate crunch
All cakes are delivered partially frozen for ease of transportation. Please defrost before serving. If selecting custom colors, please specify color preference in the gift note section when checking out!
