Mini Daisy Cake
An adorable cake for on-the-go snacking. Perfect for small gatherings or simply eating it yourself! Made with two layers of cake and one layer of our signature Valrhona ganaches. Cake is coated in swiss buttercream and 4" in size. All daisies on top of the cake will be white.

- Chocolate Salted Caramel Black Sesame: black sesame ganache, salted caramel, dark cocoa cake, vanilla buttercream
- Strawberry Shortcake: milk ganache, strawberry jam, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
- Hong Kong Milk Tea: ceylon ganache, dark cocoa cake, vanilla buttercream
- Strawberry Jasmine: jasmine ganache, strawberry jam, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
- Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea): hojicha ganache, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
Option to add custom lettering and custom colors to the top of the cake for an additional $5 each. The cakes are only 4" so there is a character limit! Please specify what you would like to write on the cake in the gift message portion when checking out.
Please refrigerate if not consuming right away. Remove from fridge ~30 min before you're ready to eat for the best flavor!
