STRAWBERRY MATCHA

Strawberry matcha has become a classic combination these past few years. We've used this much loved flavor combination and added our own twist - using our favorite Valrhona chocolates. Our tart has an earthy matcha frangipane, fresh strawberries, Valrhona matcha mousse, Valrhona strawberry whipped ganache, and white chocolate pearls. Gift mom the beautiful gift of a spring garden this Mother's Day. 

Size
Tarts are 9" in width and serve between 8-10 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 3 days. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge. Please do not freeze.

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
