INJEOLMI CHEESECAKE

This Father's Day, we've created a savory-leaning tart made with a chocolate frangipane, injeolmi (roasted soybean) cheesecake, white miso fresh cream, and salted caramel, topped with milk chocolate pearls. Our "not too sweet" tart is perfect marriage of sweet and salty. Let's celebrate the ones who are sometimes forgotten on their own holiday - dad's. 

Size
Tarts are 9" in width and serve between 8-10 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 3 days. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge. Please do not freeze.

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
