The Original Whipped Ganache Cake
Sometimes we just need a quick pick-me-up cake. Our no-frills cake is just that - simple in design, each cake is lightly coated in buttercream, highlighting our signature Valrhona whipped ganache filling. Cake is 6" in size. Designs will vary.
Flavor options:
- Chocolate Salted Caramel Black Sesame: black sesame ganache, salted caramel, dark cocoa cake, black sesame buttercream
- Hojicha: hojicha ganache, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
- Strawberry Shortcake: milk ganache, strawberry jam, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
- Milk + Honey: milk ganache, honey, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
- Hong Kong Milk Tea: ceylon ganache, dark cocoa cake, coffee buttercream
- Strawberry Jasmine: jasmine ganache, strawberry jam, vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream
- London Fog Birthday: milk ganache, earl grey cake with sprinkles, vanilla buttercream
Cakes should be consumed within 3 days. Please allow cake to come to room temperature before serving.
