Velvet Oolong Mousse Cake

Our Velvet Oolong Mousse Cake is our new team favorite. Made with a delicate Four Seasons Oolong tea, this cake is floral, sweet, and smooth. The oolong mousse is paired with a fluffy vanilla cake and our signature white chocolate crunch. As always, made with Valrhona chocolates. The cake is finished with a dusting of velvet red chocolate, gold luster dust, and 24k gold leaf. Serves 6-8 guests. 

All cakes are delivered partially frozen for ease of transportation. Please defrost before serving.
