Eclipse is a monochrome, marbled entremet finished in a high-gloss mirror glaze. A modern, minimalist centerpiece that highlights Domi’s signature balance of delicate layers and refined flavor. All cakes have a white base and a colored marble.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 3 days. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge. Please bring to room temperature before serving. 

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
